  • RETURNS POLICY

    Our return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your merchandise.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
     

    Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request using the form below and have received a reply approving your return.

     

    Non-returnable items:

    • Clearance items - clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
    • Sale items - sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
    • Items purchased from any online vendor other than Afaan Pty Ltd.
    • Items purchased through resale shops or other non-retail vendors

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Prior to sending your returned merchandise, please look up your order and request to return via the email admin@afaan.com.au and include the subject title “refund request” as well as your order number.

    DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
    Although rare, on occasion we do get return requests for defective merchandise. Please email admin@afaan.com.au if an item you received is damaged. Please include your order number and images of the damaged item.

    SHIPPING YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE
    Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request using the form below and have received a reply approving your return.


    You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return (defective merchandise excluded). We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.

    Afaan Pty Ltd is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.

    EXCHANGE PROCESS
    Please submit an exchange request via email: admin@afaan.com.au receipt of the unused product in original condition, we will ship the new products for free.
